Contractors dream - Huge driveway and Garden

The Warren is a beautifully furnished and spacious home perfect for large groups or families visiting the area for work or pleasure.
With its five large bedrooms, completely fenced-in garden, and off-street parking for four vehicles, this property will suit a wide variety of accommodation needs.
We are conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the major Broomfield hospital as well as just a 10-minute drive into the centre of Chelmsford and all of its amazing shopping and useful amenities.

The house is well-equipped with everything you may require during your stay.

The large lounge diner is a beautiful space to relax in whilst enjoying Netflix included on the 43-inch TV.

On a warm day, you can open the sliding patio doors to the large garden area allowing the gentle breeze to fill the room.

The dining area to the rear of the lounge is a great spot to enjoy dinner or sit back with your favourite glass of red.

Each of the 5 large and functional bedrooms has comfortable beds and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.

The largest of the bedrooms on the top floor of the property contains its own en-suite bathroom.

The large kitchen boasts a 7-ringed range gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a large fridge freezer which houses an internal water dispenser.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-stocked family bathroom complete with privacy blinds and an extraction fan.

Guests are able to access the entire property.

We do however politely request that you refrain from entering the boiler cupboard next to the family bathroom or the linen storage cupboard in the lounge.

As your hosts we are available to assist you during your stay should you have any questions or problems. We will endeavour to respond as efficiently as possible in order to make your stay with us as smooth as possible.

Jubilee Avenue is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just a 10-minute drive away from Chelmsford mainline train station providing transport into central London within 30 minutes.

The property is just a 10-minute drive or short bus ride from Chelmsford's main shopping district and its wide array of bustling eateries and wine bars. 

The specialist Broomfield Hospital is only a 7-minute walk from the property with its own A+E department and is home to the world-renowned St Andrews Burns and Plastics Centre.

There are some fantastic places to visit, Highlands house, Hedingham Castle and of course the beautiful Chelmsford cathedral.

Essex is a great county to explore with lots of little country pubs such as the Angel Pub just a 2-minute car journey away. There are also some great parks to enjoy a leisurely walk whilst taking in the wildlife.
Beaulieu Park, little Waltham Meadow and Hylands Park to name but a few.

The Stores is a wonderful place to visit for breakfast and lunch, they offer a fantastic and varied menu serving fresh local produce. This is only a 4-minute car journey away.

If you need to pick up some shopping, there is a Tesco local and a Co-op a 2-3 minute car journey away.

If you have kids to entertain, why not venture out to the crazy golf pitch and putt or let them burn off some energy at Jump Street, Essex's largest activity centre!
If it is animals you prefer, you can take a 30-minute drive to Colchester Zoo all set within 60 beautiful acres of parkland and showcasing over 160 species of animal!

Major bus links into Chelmsford city centre can be found within just a few minutes walk to the main road. Bus options include the number 370, the C1 shuttle, the X10 or the X30 Airlink.

The closest train station is in Chelmsford city centre and is around 15-20 minutes away by bus.

Parking on the road is restricted and visitors may receive a ticket without the necessary permits.
Please make use of the large off-street driveway parking available with booking this property.

Please be aware there is a large step into and out of the property, so do be careful not to trip. There are signs on the step and inside the front door to remind you.

In the event of a fire please vacate out of the front or rear entrance and call 999.

The kitchen light is located on the wall to the right of the fridge.

Netflix streaming service is available for you to watch during your stay.

the window in the main downstairs bathroom has a ventilation fan installed into it. Please keep the blinds partially open in order to allow the steam to escape. The glass is frosted for your privacy.

Please note that this property is zero smoking property.
If you wish to smoke, please smoke outside of the property well away from any open doors or windows. Please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly, there is a smoking bin provided at the rear of the property.

We do allow furry companions but please do remember to clear up after them if they have used the outside area.

Please respect the interior of the property by drying your pup off if they are wet before entering the inside space and if they like to have their own blankets, please remember to bring them with you.

When parking on the driveway to the property please park on the left-hand side, the straight part of the driveway is in constant use and is used as access for our neighbours who live to the rear.

*Important information
When reversing off of the driveway please take extra care to observe the parked cars adjacent to our driveway. The turning angle can be very sharp and without careful observation you may find yourself very close to these parked cars.
