Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located modern newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Lewisham. A 5 minute walk from closest train & DLR station (Lewisham Station) right at the doorstep. Perfect transport links to Central London - 10 mins to London bridge - & the Greenwich Area. A large Supermarket is a 2 min walk from the apartment with a local leisure centre, a large shopping centre and markets just a 5 min walk.

**The space**
The apartment is newly refurbished, from the walls and floors down to the furniture! It’s both modern and stylish with unique features to compliment the look.
The property entrance is on a side road and so there is little noise from traffic. Upon entrance to the main front door entrance you will find that the property itself has 2 apartment units (Flat A & Flat B). This apartment (Flat A) is all located on the ground floor and so is perfect for people with mobility issues and those with young kids. Once inside, you will be greeted by the lounge and dining area. The lounge area contains a 50 inch smart TV and a sofa bed for a 5th person. If needed, linen is provided for the sofa bed - however, please inform us should you require the use of the sofa bed. The lounge area then extends to the Dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen should contain all essentials, including a fridge, microwave, toaster & Kettle. Across the hallway then leads to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom contains both a bath tub and a regular shower hose, perfect for a relaxing bath/shower after a long day of travelling & sightseeing!
The bedrooms are both very spacious & cosy and beautifully decorated. The layout of the apartment makes this apartment unique as it is very long and spacious, which makes it perfect for both adults and children. Both bedrooms linen are changed after each stay and bedrooms are thoroughly cleaned. Both bedrooms have windows to allow light and air to flow in. You will find all essentials including a hair dryer and iron in one of the bedrooms. A travel cot is also found in the bedroom on top of the wardrobe if needed.
A beautiful outdoor area is then accessible either through the patio door found in the far end bedroom or via the wooden gate to the side alleyway of the property. The outdoor area contains a dining table, a sun lounger and a sofa, perfect for relaxing on a nice sunny day.
**Guest access**
The apartment is not shared, you will be free to roam the area with no worries of having someone else around! The apartment is self check in, meaning the keys will be found in a lockbox outside the apartment where guests can let themselves in. Note however that since the property has 2 apartment units, you may find guests to the other apartment entering and exiting through the main entrance of the property.
**Other things to note**
NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME VIDEO PROVIDED. We also provide a Travel Cot and High chair for those guests with babies and/or small children. Please do inform us if this is needed.
We are very respectful of the environment & we ask guests to politely switch off boiler, lights & other powered equipment whilst they're out of the apartment. ID and payment card may potentially be requested upon check in.
