Great stay.

Very confortable home. This was our third year there and going back for a fourth next year. The large fenced back yard for our dog and the covered outside area and fantastic heated pool make the outside of the home great too.

Jensen Beach Getaway

Perfect property for a beach getaway. Close to the beach and many local restaurants. Home was comfortable and well stocked with the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Well stocked comfortable home, great large fenced yard for our dog, heated enjoyable pool, quiet neighborhood, close to Jensen Beach restaurants. Already booked for next year!

Spotlessly Clean & Quirky Florida Home

Spectacular salt water pool, comfy beds, and strong water pressure in the piping hot shower- fifteen minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Hutchison island, close to Publix, great pizza, and lots of other wonderful restaurants- what more do you need for a perfect vacation?

Pet friendly w/yard and pool

We enjoyed our 2 weeks, especially our 2 doggos who enjoyed running around the enclosed large yard. Pool was always comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.

2023 vacation

The property was clean. The pool area was wonderful. My husband and I stay for two weeks and our daughter stay for 5 days. The location is very nice. Close to everything.

Perfect Vacation Home

Peter, our host, was amazing, and we felt as if we were staying at a good friend's home-not just a run of the mill rental. Lots of notes regarding great local places to eat, and things to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for AM walks and even a small playground a block away for the kiddos! The pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels AND beach towels to use poolside, or for a trip to the Atlantic. Only a 15 minute drive over the bridge to some delightful public beaches, and we even found a great "doggie" beach-OFF LEASH!! WooHoo! It was a memorable vacation for EVERYONE!

Enjoyable stay

This was our second stay at this house. The location is nice in a quite neighborhood. The owners are wonderful. They communicate quickly and take care of any issues which arise. There were a few issues with the house that needed to be taken care of. The pool area is nice. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The living room furniture is not very comfortable so for an extended stay was not the best. The kitchen is older but adequate. There is a nice grill that is a bonus. The dishwasher works but is quite old. I think some updates could be made but overall a nice place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Comfortable house in a good location

The house is very comfortable, a bit dated but cozy. There were many amenities not listed including kitchen appliances, bikes, beach chairs and a kitchen with many helpful items. The beds were very comfortable with a good air conditioning system. Plenty of towels for shower and pool. The pool area was wonderful with a large shaded area with bar and fully screened in. I can't say enough about the owner Peter. He was so responsive with all things. There were a few things that needed attention and he was quick to remedy. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one..and it was! I would recommend this house for a nice comfortable visit.

Wonderful!

First, there isn't enough space to mention everything that made the month of February paradise for our family. The house was spotless, clean and extremely comfortable. The pool and spa were pure heaven. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything we love in Florida: Fabulous restaurants, Jensen Beach and all of the beautiful spots along Ocean Boulevard. We even had a chance to go to Arti Gras, a wonderful annual festival of remarkable artists in Palm Beach Gardens. We spent several fun visits to the outdoor dining area at Crawdaddy's in Jensen Beach. Great food and entertainment on Thursdays. Last, but not least, Peter, the homeowner was the best we've ever dealt with, and we have rented many properties over the years. So, many thanks, Peter, for sharing your lovely home and for your graciousness.

Great home with lots to offer in the heart of Jensen Beach

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in Peter's home for several months upon relocating from Mass. to Jensen Beach. The home is located in a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Jensen and Hutchinson Island as well as downtown Stuart. Beautiful private backyard with the highlight being the pool area with lanai. the backyard was perfect for my dog as well :) Peter was extremely accommodating and flexible with us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Also close to supermarkets and restaurants. You cannot get more convenient than this location. I would highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or an extended stay!

Extremely poor lighting, particularly in the kitchen. Very nice home for a family vacation.

This was a very nice fund. The owner was available for any questions and you could immediately tell it was perfect for having our young grandsons with us. A comfortable atmosphere, a nice pool and really convenient restaurant choices nearby. We'll be back!

It was an excellent stay - beautiful heated pool - everything you would ever need supplied - well stocked. Beautiful quite neighborhood. Restaurants and Publix nearby was a big plus. The host was fantastic and so helpful.

Exceptional location and private property in a calm and quiet neighborhood close to everything!

The property and home are incredible! The fenced in yard and beautiful foliage provided an amazingly private experience! The grill was in amazing condition and the extra tank of fuel was a great addition in case you run out. The yard and home were very well kept and inviting! The pool and spa were very well maintained and the home owner's excellent availability and communication made operating it a breeze! Plenty of utensils and dishware made preparing and cooking meals an easy and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, a short drive to stores and restaurants, with some amazing recommendations provided by the homeowners in their informational binder. There are a lot of close beach options (within 10-15 minutes) that made this an A+ location to stay, we couldn't have been happier. The bar and outdoor table provided plenty of room for dining, you can easily entertain for a party of 14+ if needed. There were pool toys available behind the bar that provided hours of entertainment for the kids in the pool. The location in addition to the excellent communication from the home owner make this an amazing rental that we can't wait to return to!
