It's right in centre of Caparica, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and 15 minute drive from beach clubs like Irmão and Casa Reîa.
The location is perfect only 5 minutes walking away where you can seat and relax enjoy the nature.
You’ll find a totally renovated and well designed apartment w/ all the faciliteis you can have. You can enjoy e full equipped kitchen. Also you can get good meals 5 minutes away the apartment, or Sushi food.

You can walk or bike through the surrounding area, to the Convento dos Capuchos, the Belvedere of the Capuchos and the protected area Arrábida.

The golf course, it’s a five minutes car distance, the same distance from the tennis court and playground of the Funchalinho. It is well located for a beach holiday, from the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Trafaria and 7km from the beaches of the Fountain of tile.

Inside the room have a double bed, and a sofa bed for a person in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all the utensils you need for your holiday. It also has a full toilet. Throughout the area have free wireless internet (wireless).

• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the values presented.
4. Need to make new keys: 25€.

6. Missing or damaged articles after the stay is charged (security deposit).
7. Late check out (unauthorized, or previously agreed): 70€ after 11am.
