3 Bedroom Lake View Family Cabin 3/4 mile to marina! WIFI! NO CLEANING FEE

Updated 3 bedroom Cabin at Lake Cumberland, less than a mile from the new Lake Cumberland Marina. (Formerly Alligator 2 dock).
-Very private location at the end of a dead end street with plenty of room for parking your boat and a beautiful, peaceful wooded view of a cove on the Lake.
-Lots of green space to run around and a charcoal grill and picnic table for your use. Beautiful sunsets.
-This listing is for Cottage #1 which is our Farmhouse Cottage. Cute farmhouse decor, shiplapped walls, and a bunk room make this cottage a popular choice.
-This cabin has two queen bedrooms, one bathroom with tub and shower combination, and a bunk room with two twins. All towels, bed linens, hand soap, toilet paper and hairdryer provided.
-The cabin also has a comfortable family area with flat screen TV with cable, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and eating area with seating for 6.
- Kitchen has full sized appliances with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker regular and keurig), with filters(bring your own coffee), hand mixer, waffle iron, pots and pans and most anything you would need to prepare a meal. Dish soap included.
-The cabin has a front deck with a pretty wooded view of the lake cove, along with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. It also has two extra chairs to relax in.
- In the yard there is a charcoal grill and picnic table, along with a fire pit.
***Our cabins have plenty of room for boat and trailer parking along with exterior electrical outlets.
**We have 3 Cottages listed separately, but at the same location, making them perfect for a group or families vacationing together.
**There are three fire pits and three picnic tables.

Perfect Getaway

This is a perfect getaway. Property was clean and quiet. Only a couple of miles from Lake Cumberland Marina. The cabins have a nice view overlooking the lake.

Everything was above our expectations, I did the booking, my husband was sceptic about it until we got there, extremely happy with it! The modern look of the house, the location to the dock, the view. My husband wasn’t too happy of the grill so we packed our own.

It was pleasant and quiet at the end of a road where the ridge dropped off into a valley with water below. Spent two nights there. Love the fall colors of Kentucky with the rolling hills and deep valleys......

We had a great time staying in cabin #1! Very convenient. Lots of parking for our boat. The owners were great and stayed up late to give us our key when we arrived late after driving 6 hours. I would definitely stay again!

The cabin was so cute and well maintained. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed! We had a great time hanging outside and even had a deer wander into the grassy area! We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to others!

Only one problem. Cable was broken when we arrived, but owner and repairman were working on it. All good. But the owner was in our unit with no mask. That was bothersome since we were trying to unload food etc. and couldn't really wait outside.

nice for a weekend

This property was just right for a few days with friends. My only complaint was it was too far from the marina where we could rent paddleboards, etc. That's not their fault, I just wan't familiar enough with the lake. There is very weak WiFi so I would just add no Wifi since it's not strong enough to do much.

We are Monty and Tina Siler, high school sweethearts who live in Dayton, Ohio, where we own a small business. We have been married for 34 years and have 3 children. We've been coming to Russell Springs for years to visit our family, who own Lakepointe Resort. In 2016 we finally decided to purchase a place to stay in while we were visiting, and then also rent to others when we weren't. We had so much fun sprucing these cabins up and making them cute and comfortable. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Having visited this area for many years, we fell in love with the beautiful, tranquil setting. So when these cabins became available, we knew we wanted them for our family and others to enjoy.
They were also conveniently located next to our family's resort, making it easier for them to help us manage them, since we live out of state.

What makes this property unique

We love this unique property with its large open green space and expanse of grown trees that give lots of shade. The beautiful natural view of the water and woods is like a private paradise. We could sit on the swing and enjoy the solitude and beauty for hours.
A short drive down the road and you're on the lake! We are so happy and proud to have this little piece of country heaven to share with others so they can enjoy it too!
