Andrew's Golf Course is within 1 mile of our home. Fisherman's Village is within 3 miles and the Peace River Wildlife Center is a 10 minute drive away. Enjoy the heavenly view of Charlotte Harbor while utilizing the
many walking or bicycling baths in Punta Gorda. You wont go hungry here as the local restaurant scene is exploding. Popular beaches are within a 30-60 minute drive in either direction. This house is our second home and we have furnished it with all of the comforts and items that we enjoy in our primary residence. A tremendous amount of thought and energy have been put into making this house a complete package that will appeal to a wide range of individuals. Our home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles. Plan on spending your days relaxing by the quiet pool or sitting on the dock while the fish jump. This home has an open floor plan with the large master bedroom on one side of home and the other two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. This ensures privacy and relaxation for our guests. Punta Gorda is one of Southwest's Florida best kept secrets. We hope to welcome you to our home "Castaway Villa" so you can immerse yourself in all that Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas have to offer.

My husband and I spent 6 days in Punta Gorda and we’re very happy with Chrystal’s home. Everything was clean and it was well supplied with all the essentials. Chrystal arranged for a delivery of bottled water which was much appreciated as the tap water in FL isn’t always the best tasting. One thing to know is that the kitchen is very small which might make it challenging if you’re planning on doing lots of cooking for a big family, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? I would happily book this house again.

Wonderful property

The house provided our family with a wonderful vacation! Crystal was extremely prompt in communicating before and and during our stay. It was so helpful to have a few extras (laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, etc) already stocked so that we did have to purchase or travel with those items. The beach chairs, toys & coolers were especially handy for our beach days! The pool and back patio are beautiful and so peaceful. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience!!! The home was very clean (which is super important to us) spacious, modern and with every detail thought of so we could really relax and enjoy our vacation! The pool was perfectly heated with a beautiful sunset view of the channel; we enjoyed the nice outdoor furniture and spent much of our time in the pool! Plenty of linens and extra blankets for movies on the large sectional. We made the easy drive up to Siesta Key beach for a day and ate at several of the recommended restaurants. Our family enjoyed every bit of our week here and hope to return next fall break! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Perfection

Crystal, the hostess, went above and beyond in answering any questions and was so helpful and friendly. I mistakenly thought the Keurig wasn’t working (it was, I didn’t know how to operate hers) and she had a new one delivered with coffee and water! The home is perfection. From beautiful contemporary furnishings to comfortable beds with new linens and blankets, to the large indoor spaces with high ceilings, gorgeous large master bath, oversized walk in master closets, to the well stocked large kitchen, to the waterfront and pool views from almost every room the house is amazing. The garage has a new washer drier, ample bicycles for guest use as well as pool and beach equipment/ toys. The pool is impeccably clean with an ideal temperature and view of the little canal and dock. At sunset we sat on beach chairs on the lawn and watched the colors reflect in the canal as little bunnies and squirrels scampered by, often snacking on fresh mangos that fell from a small picturesque mango tree. This tip lot at the end of the canal is perfectly positioned for a beautiful view but also close to other houses, so being reasonably quiet and respectful for neighbors is likely important. I truly wish Crystal and her family many considerate and thoughtful renters who care for her place as if it was their own, and much success, though I selfishly hope it isn’t booked next time I’m in town!

My family and I went to Punta Gorda for a relaxing vacation and we got just that!! The home was large, beyond clean, and was above my expectations! The pool was beautiful and we had so much fun using it! Host was way too access and answered questions quickly! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home Amazing canal setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped, very comfortable and the pool and lanai was our go to spot to relax. The canal view was great. Crystal was cordial, responsive and on top of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spectacular! Clean, spacious, and gorgeous. A wonderful neighborhood. Couldn't ask for anything better. Crystal was a pleasure to work with. Crystal’s home is beautiful and very well appointed. Had everything we needed. Location directly on a sailboat canal is great. We rented a boat for the week and toured the Punta Gorda Isles canals and made a trip out to Cabbage Key and Boca Grande. Fantastic week.

Crystal’s home could not have been more perfect for us and what we needed. The home itself was surprising as to how big it felt. It may have been recently remodeled as all of the furniture seemed brand new. The house and pool were spotless and the home was more than stocked; extra thirsty towels, beach chairs, laundry soap etc. You’ll find her home to been in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a gulf course. We walked daily around the whole golf course on the sidewalk which a local told me was a total of 3.5 miles. The home was centrally located for us as we traveled to Port Charlotte, Sarasota, Bonita Springs and Boca Grande Beach. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Crystal!
