Il Canneto di Pomaia is an ancient country farmhouse completely surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the surrounding hills and just 15 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast.

The villa has been renovated in keeping with Tuscan tradition, preserving the classic stone structure, wooden beams, and ancient arches. To ensure greater privacy and comfort, the villa consists of a first floor, where Elio lives, and a ground floor, entirely available to guests, divided into four independent units with direct access from the garden.

All units feature Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LCD TVs with international satellite channels, bed linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave, independent heating, mosquito screens, and outdoor spaces furnished for shared dining. In the Mandorli unit, you'll find an extendable dining table that can accommodate up to 22 people.

Olmi - three-room apartment, 95 square meters, sleeps up to 8; composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a mezzanine with two single beds, two full bathrooms with shower, a large living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Mandorli - three-room apartment, 85 square meters, sleeps up to 7; composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bunk bed (ideal for two children) and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and an extendable table that can accommodate up to 22 people.

Acacie - three-room apartment, 85 square meters, sleeps up to 6; composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cipresso - a 45 sq m two-room apartment, sleeps up to 4 people; it comprises a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
