This summer, the exceptionally high temperatures have made the issue particularly challenging throughout the area. As soon as it was reported to us, we intervened and continued to address it during your stay. We have also taken further measures to prevent the problem from recurring. Regarding the swimming pool, we understand that you would have preferred a larger pool for your family. The exact dimensions and characteristics of the pool are specified in the property description so that guests can evaluate its size before booking. Dear Sonia, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry Villa Flavia did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Shortly before your arrival, a storm in the area damaged the electronic board of the villa’s heating system. Unfortunately, it failed on Sunday, the day of your arrival. Despite it being Sunday, we arranged for a technician to attend and restore the system. A shorter interruption occurred on Tuesday morning and was promptly addressed. As the Jacuzzi uses the same heating system, it needed time to return to temperature. Regarding cleanliness, we acknowledge that some areas required more attention and apologize. We immediately offered to send housekeeping back, but respected your preference not to have staff entering during your stay. The kitchen does not have a microwave: it has two ovens. One had recently suffered damage to its external door panel and was awaiting repair, while the second oven was operational. The cooktop was checked and works correctly. For 11 guests, 12 towel sets were provided in the bedrooms. The curtain had one detached hook but could still be closed manually; as its repair required staff to enter the bedroom with a ladder, we respected your request for privacy and scheduled it after departure. We appreciate that you acknowledged our host’s communication and assistance. Our team remained available throughout your stay and acted whenever given the opportunity to do so.
