Lovely stay with privacy and space but also close to the centre

Lovely stay with privacy and space but also close to the centre. Two bedrooms were connected with no door which was not a problem for our group but may be for groups looking for more privacy. The terrace is lovely and we had an amazing time!

Fabulous townhouse with great views

Spacious accomodation, beautifully furnished. Short taxi ride into the centre. Fabulous terrace overlooking the castle. Nothing! We missed our own pool but you have access to a lovely communal pool down the road.

Lovely house but needs some care and maintenance

Size of the house, balconies and the view. Kitchen was very nice. Lots of things. I have emailed your team and outlined our problems during our stay.

The house was very nice

The house was very nice. Good location for getting into the city centre and beach. Views were very nice and the house had lots of space and was very clean and modern. The only negative was that the rules on the shared pool were slightly confusing. We were told that we could use the pool but one of the neighbours complained to us and said we couldn't. Apart from that it was great.

House clean enough 'host non existent called key holder with problems still waiting for reply.Shops down a very steep hill had to use taxis even for shopping. Pool didn't have any sunbeds no point in using it.

Esta es la reseña: Título: Muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas. Texto: Hemos estado seis personas en una casa supuestamente preparada para otras dos personas más, y la decepción ha sido mayúscula. Realmente la casa es grande, dispone de habitaciones y baños suficientes, pero la descripción del alojamiento no se corresponde con la realidad , ya que no es nada accesible y no se puede hacer vida en una sola planta, si hay una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida como en nuestro caso, porque la habitación principal y dos de los tres baños están en la planta de calle, pero el salón y la cocina, los espacios comunes, están una planta más abajo. Y aún hay que bajar y subir más plantas para acceder a los otros dormitorios y baños. Pero lo peor no es subir y bajar escaleras todo el día, sino que estas tienen un suelo que resbala (todos nos hemos caído varias veces)Por otra parte, hay hormigas por toda la casa, hemos visto cucarachas en algún baño y en general, el estado de duchas y otros elementos es muy mejorable. Respecto a los servicios, las teles no funcionaban, el aire acondicionado no está instalado en todas las plantas, ni funciona de forma regular, y no es de recibo el estado de la lencería de hogar, con toallas con manchas y deshilachadas, al igual que el único mantel de la casa. Podría estar horas hablando de las deficiencias que hemos padecido, pero lo dejo en las más importantes porque creo que es suficiente para trasladar que no se puede vender calidad y no darla,

Gracias por compartir su valoración. Sentimos que su experiencia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. No obstante, nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos importantes. La distribución de la vivienda aparece explicada en la descripción del anuncio y, además, se incluye una fotografía del plano donde pueden verse claramente las distintas plantas y escaleras del alojamiento. Por este motivo, no se trata de una vivienda recomendada para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que cuenta con varios niveles. Respecto a los insectos, durante la limpieza y revisión del alojamiento no se detectó la presencia de hormigas o cucarachas. Aun así, tomamos nota de su comentario y se revisará nuevamente para evitar cualquier molestia a futuros huéspedes. En cuanto a los elementos que menciona sobre duchas, lencería y otros detalles mejorables, trasladaremos sus observaciones al equipo correspondiente para comprobar cada punto y realizar las mejoras necesarias. Sobre las televisiones, estas funcionan correctamente. Una de ellas tuvo una incidencia puntual, pero ya ha sido solucionada. Respecto al aire acondicionado, la mayor parte del alojamiento dispone de climatización. En la planta inferior, donde se encuentran dos dormitorios, hay climatizadores que ayudan a mantener una temperatura adecuada. Lamentamos que su percepción haya sido negativa y agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir revisando y mejorando el alojamiento. Un cordial saludo, Cubo's Holiday Homes

La maison est exactement comme décrite

La maison est exactement comme décrite. Elle est parfaite pour un groupe et très bien placée pour visiter Malaga. Très grandes et agréables pièces communes (cuisine, salon et terrasse). La piscine et le cour de padel sont très bien. Malheureusement la description laisse croire que ces équipements sont dans la propriété, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Ils sont à 200m de la maison et surtout nécessitent une clé. Le service n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de la maison. Nous avions un seul jeu de clés pour 4 couples. Aucune réponse sur les quelques équipements manquants. Cependant la maison est superbe. Plus de transparence et de réactivité aurait significativement réduit notre déception quant au service.

We spent a very nice week in Malaga

We spent a very nice week in Malaga. In the mornings and evenings we enjoyed the beautiful view from the large terrace. The apartment is very nice. However, the bedrooms are a bit strange. Two of them are connected by a few stairs without a door. One is practically under the stairs, without a window. The other two bedrooms are very nice, one fully equipped, the other rather spartan. Unfortunately there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, there is nothing to complain about. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the many steps.
