About this property

In the highly coveted Skansehage, only about 100 meters from the water, this cottage is divided into 2 houses. The main house contains three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, open kitchen in connection with living room with fridge / freezer and dishwasher, utility room with shower and washing machine and bright glass dining room. The annex has three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there is a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, hob and dryer as well as toilet with sink and outdoor shower. The house and annex are connected by a large wooden terrace, where everyone can gather for meals and enjoy the sun and the beautiful nature. The cottage has several separate terraces. There is an air / air heat pump in the annex. Lovely and secluded beach. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
