This apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The living room features a large comfy sofa and a smaller one for two people, a fireplace for cold nights, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher to assist you with the dishes. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a trundle bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Moledo is a charming town in Portugal, known for its beautiful beach and rich history. The Museo Arqueolóxico Monte Santa Trega (MASAT) and Fortaleza e Convento da Ínsua are must-visit attractions for history enthusiasts. When it comes to dining, there are excellent options like Gaivota and Tornedó, where you can indulge in delicious Portuguese cuisine. The beach in Moledo is a paradise for sun-seekers and water lovers. The town is easily accessible, with stations located nearby for convenient travel.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Moledo, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro's Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
