The space
Having just completed a top to bottom refurbishment this lovely 2 bed property is only a few metres from the beach and a short walk to the town centre.

Close to pubs restaurants, arcades and perfectly positioned for both the sandy and stony sections of Weymouth beach this house on William Street really is a home from home.

Both large bedrooms are en-suite with fully tiled wet rooms, the master having both a walk in shower and full sized bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom a zip lock super-king which can be made into 2 singles. The owner is happy for guests to bring their own travel cot and either of the two bedrooms is spacious enough to house one comfortably. High quality bedding will make your stay comfortable and we provide towels, however Beach towels are not provided and we ask that your bring your own.

The large L shaped sofa will seat 5 comfortably and the refectory table seats 6. A downstairs cloakroom and small utility with washer/dryer are available for use. The house is very well equipped if you like to cook, or you can take advantage of the plethora of eateries that Weymouth has to offer.

The house is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from Weymouth railway station if you are arriving by train. The area is residents parking only so do let us know if you are travelling by car as we can organise one permit to be available to you.

The house is no smoking however the garden contains a summerhouse with sofa and smoking is permitted in there as well as in the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette butts with care in the bins and not in the garden.

Bifold doors open fully on to the patio and the pretty garden contains a table and chairs so that you can enjoy the outdoor space. A small selection of games are available for your use.
