Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a lovely comfortable apartment in a quiet complex with great views down the Arly valley. The complex has a pool which we used every day and was perfect for entertaining the kids. The covered garage was very useful to keep the car cool in a mini-heatwave. Meanwhile the apartment had everything we needed for a very pleasant fortnight break.

Wouldn’t stay here again

First I did not receive the address of the place until about an hour before check in. Next I was sent the wrong address and had to figure out. Thankfully after I got in though I got an email with the exact instructions on how to get in. Next I was told I can park in the garage and the instructions on how to get to the flat from the garage too bad the keys didn’t work and had to ask around how I get to the place. After finally getting into the place all of the beds had no sheets and no where to even find sheets to sleep on. I can only imagine how many people have slept on these beds without sheets. Overall the communication was poor as the owner had a service to deal with it but that guy was not responsive at all and was overall a stressful experience trying to just get into the place. Also to top it off the fridge just wasn’t working. I just want to stress that the amount of burden this place caused I would never stay here again even if it was half priced.

Lovely location

I wanted to leave an honest review Positives: The apartment has an amazing view and is very warm and well equipped. The beds are all comfortable and the area is perfect for using the ski slopes and visiting the local towns. There is also secure parking on site and a lovely pool. The host will provide a clear route for travel that helped us lots navigate the mountain roads. The property also includes a discount for ski hire and a storage room to leave equipment safely. The host does provide a huge array of games and puzzles to enjoy with family and cleaning equipment. Negatives: On arrival the apartment is so hard to find and we only found it through the help of locals.This involves two separate lifts from the car park and travelling via another building. The key to the garage did not work and the janitor took four days to read our messages then ignored them. The light bulbs needed changing by us and we found the cleanliness of the apartment not great with used tissues in the bedroom and dirty jug in the kitchen. There is also no tumble dryer as advertised so be prepared if traveling in the wetter winter months. Be prepared to also pay for bedding and towels not stated in the original advert at an additional cost. The manuals to the property were also hidden away in a draw and not ideally placed out for arrival. Overall we had a lovely Christmas apart from the few niggles and having to walk around the garage every time.

Appartement agréable avec terrasse

Bel appartement, 3 chambres dont 2 spacieuses avec une belle terrasse vue sur les monts des Aravis. Résidence correcte, à éviter les appartements RDC beaucoup de passages dus aux ascenseurs. Déçue de la piscine et des vestiaires trop froids !Pas possible de se baigner avec des enfants en bas âge

Appartement confort mais manquant un peu de rangement et ustensiles de cuisine méritant un renouvellement. La résidence est calme et agréable. Point à noter la piscine est peu chauffée donc vraiment juste pour se baigner surtout avec des petits dommage car elle est vraiment très belle.

une jolie station savoyarde pour de très agréables vacances en famille

Appartement bien situé, bien agencé, chauffé et décoré. Jolie vue. Piscine résidence est un plus pour les jeunes enfants. Equipements manquants pour une location de ce prix (pas de wifi, de sèche-cheveux, de presse-agrumes,...) et entretien défaillant (une paroi de douche tombe !) Station très cosy et domaine skiable facile.
