Amity House | Dog-Friendly Retreat Near Winterton Beach
Amity House is tucked away along a quiet road in Winterton village, which has direct access onto the dunes. It’s just a short stroll to the village shop, pub, tea rooms, post office and fish and chip shop.
Downstairs you’ll find a cosy living room with a wood burner, comfortable sofa and large TV — perfect for relaxed evenings after a day on the beach. To the rear is a spacious, light-filled kitchen diner with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The dining area opens onto the generous, fully enclosed garden. Just off the kitchen is a practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a convenient shower room and WC. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor.
Upstairs, the front bedroom features a king-size bed and a large en suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, WC and basin. The rear bedroom overlooks the garden and offers two 3' single beds, making Amity House ideal for families.
Outside, the large enclosed garden provides plenty of space to relax, with outdoor seating for sunny days. There is off-road parking for one car, with additional parking available on Old Chapel Road.
Amity House welcomes three dogs free of charge, with a fourth considered by arrangement with the owners. Dogs are welcome in the downstairs living areas, but we kindly ask that they are kept off the furniture. For security purposes, CCTV covers the driveway.
