Welcome to your dream family getaway on Hilton Head Island! This expansive home, nestled in the charming and secure gated community of Sand Castle By The Sea, comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests, making it the perfect setting for creating lasting memories.

The main floor features a modern, open-concept design that harmoniously merges the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen’s large island with four stools is the heart of the home. Step out onto the furnished deck, complete with ceiling fans, to enjoy the gentle island breeze.

Your private outdoor oasis awaits in the fenced backyard. Enjoy the heated, screened-in pool, an outdoor shower, poolside refrigerator, charcoal grill, and a firepit.

Home Layout & Amenities:
Ground Floor: A spacious garage with parking for two vehicles, an EV charger, and an elevator providing step-free access to all floors. We also provide beach carts, coolers, chairs, and umbrellas.
Second Floor: A luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a laundry room and two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen and a full bed).
Third Floor: A versatile bonus room with a couch, loveseat, and chair that convert to queen, full, and twin beds. This entertainment hub includes a large TV and a freestanding arcade game machine. A final bedroom on this floor offers one queen and one full bed.

Family-Ready Kitchen & Supplies:
Appliances: Coffee maker, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, and a large lobster pot.
Stocked Essentials: A starter supply of spices, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.

I can not say enough good things about this rental property. The home owner was always prompt and helpful if we had any questions. The home was immaculate and had everything we could think of plus some! The home had plenty of space for our family and was located perfectly for all the places we wanted to go to eat and shop at. We had a wonderful family vacation and we definitely be back!!

We had an incredible stay in Hilton Head! This house could not have been more perfect to get all the girls together for the long weekend. The pool was incredible, the open floor main area was great to all hang around in, and the fact that the garage was well stocked with beach necessities was an incredible touch. We were able to walk to the beach as well as walk to a coffee truck from the house. Would absolutely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to travel to Hilton Head.

Best Bach trip getaway

We had a great stay! The house was even better than the pictures! Great location, clean, and plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and rented a golf cart for quick beach access. I especially appreciated Michael’s quick and thorough communication! Excellent host and excellent stay! We had so much fun!

Great place to stay

Great place for a large group! We loved this house! Plenty of space for our crew to spread out and not feel crowded. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to others! The owner was very professional and responds quickly.

Wonderful Hiltonhead family vacation!

The house had everything we needed and more. The kids were over the moon about the pool, it was private, and we were a short walk from the beach. There was a Spectrum Internet outage for a small part of our stay, but the property owner kept me updated throuighout. We used the very nice charcoal grill a lot to feed the 20 of us, and there were plenty of pots and pans, silverware, etc. The wagons, umbrellas, chairs and other beach items came in super handy as we went to and from the beach. Our 9 grandchildren LOVED the big bunk room. We made a lot of memories! Thank you!

Property has potential

House is wonderful, however the company they hire to clean is NOT! The floors needed to be swept as soon as we go into the house. Then there were missing linens, two beds unmade. The comforters smelled and had dirt stains on them. Bath mat had blood on it, and there was a lack of towels or linens to replace anything with. Glad there was lots of wasp and roach spray. Host was great with reply and location was amazing. Besides the lack of cleanliness, my family had a great time.

Great family vacation house!

We were a family of 4 couples and 2 small children and had a wonderful time at Folly Field. The house was very spacious, lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. The 2 decks were great. Quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Lots of beach supplies. Definitely recommend.

Very nice home!

Very nice home! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. It was stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, etc. The kitchen was well equipped and included everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but still ok. (Half a mile from the beach.)

Wonderful host and house

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We were about half a mile to the Folly Field Beach entrance. Having a covered and screened heated pool made this trip a great experience because we could skip the sunscreen and enjoy without the threat of mosquitos. We enjoyed the large kitchen and game table on the top floor. The elevator was a lifesaver for our very old dog and for our 95 year old grandmother. She was able to come down and sit with us at the pool almost every day. The only down side was the limited seating inside the main floor of the house. Overall we would definitely return to this house again for our vacation.

I am ambivalent about how to rate as the Property owner is excellent for communication and quickly responding. Location is ideal for a brief walk/bike ride to beach and in a gated community. Beach supplies and overall household items well-stocked. Elevator a plus. Rooms as described.However, property does not feel as new as described, more so on the outside. Outside areas could use some overall cleaning, pressure washing, etc. Outdoor Funiture looked tired, dirty. Pool and adjacent patio area very dark. Was hoping to enjoy sitting outside but this was not appealing. More cabin feeling than beach house. My expectation for the cost was more of a resort feel, hotel-like but this did not feel like. We were a family of 8 with older people in the group. This house probably more appealing/amenable to younger people in large numbers where the cost per person would be more reasonable as witnessed by neighboring houses with many college students.

Overall house was fine. However floors were dirty, high chair was not cleaned thoroughly. The pool area is a bit deceiving in the photos. The area is dark and uninviting. No one from our party wanted to swim in the pool. Pool service should have come before our stay not during. Dishwasher was broken. For the money, we expected better.

Lovely time with family

We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this property. It was perfect. Michael was a really great host who was readily available when I reached out to him. We had 7 adults, and 5 children. Two of them were under the age of two. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of measuring spoons which we purchased while there. Supplies like trash bags, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels were readily available. There were also a lot of seasonings for cooking. The kitchen overall was really well stocked. We appreciated the two beach wagons, and beach chairs that were also provided. Our only complaint is that the place could have been cleaner. Having small children who walk barefoot and crawl on the floor made the condition of the tile floors obvious. Anyone who walked barefoot ended up with black feet. This was disappointing based on the cleaning fee.

Beach close, the house is about one third of a mile to the beach, a very short walk. Their is a walkway/sidewalk to make a easy stroll to the beach, or drive and take advantage of the parking lot at the beach. We provide wagons to bring chairs, umbrellas, etc
