Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property that made the stay disappointing.The outside patio was not cleaned or well maintained. There were broken patio chairs that were unusable and had clearly been left there for some time rather than being removed. The overall condition of the patio made it feel neglected.The TV was also broken upon arrival and appeared to have been damaged, from being dropped. I reported the issue and was told that maintenance would come by, but no one ever did. I had to contact Guest Ready several times, and although I was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, nothing was ever done.One of the bath towels also had a huge hole in it, approximately the size of my fist. I honestly don't understand why broken furniture and very worn-out towels would be left in a rental property. These things are inexpensive to replace and make the entire place look cheap, worn, and poorly maintained.Overall, the place was okay but very minimal and noticeably worn out. It was unfortunate because with a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and replacing damaged items, the property could have been much more comfortable and presentable.

Très bon logement, mais attention au parking ! Le logement est propre, la literie est confortable et l'annonce est globalement conforme à la description. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne, mais uniquement si vous n'avez pas de véhicule. J'avais spécifiquement choisi ce logement car la disponibilité d'un parking était explicitement stipulée dans l'annonce, mais il s'agit en réalité de places payantes dans la rue, et il est très difficile d'y trouver une place libre. Malgré ce désagrément, nous restons satisfaits de notre séjour. Un logement parfait pour les piétons !
