Layout

Villa Pelago, spread across different levels is set in its own gardens
on the foot of Mount Palouki, offering superb views to the sea and
Skopelos town. From the main entrance there is access to the spacious
living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. From the living area
there stairs leading to the spectacular master bedroom with its 180
degrees views and an en-suite WC and shower room. From the living room
another staircase leads to the main bathroom with shower, two twin
bedrooms and a day room with large windows and day bed to enjoy
peaceful time reading a book or having a quick nap. The villa lays on a
4,000m2 grounds and has many terraces with comfortable seating to enjoy
the spectacular vies and avoid the sun if one wishes. Alfresco dinning
with the view of Skopelos town at the distance is mesmerizing. A gentle
paved path leads to the comfortable pool terrace with comfortable sun
loungers to laze around the inviting fresh water swimming pool,
surrounded by fully grown olive trees and endemic Skopelos bushes and
flowers.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
