The property is well equipped and furnished to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms on a 3 level floor plan so there is plenty of room to spread out. Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and a Captain's Bunk (Twin over Double) with a Twin trundle in the third bedroom. There are two good quality Double air mattresses for additional bedding. Absolutely Stunning!
We spent a fantastic weekend with two other families here and had the best time. Plenty of room for four adults and five kids. I can’t say enough about the layout, finishings, and furniture in this place not to mention the moose who strolls through the backyard! This place has everything you could possibly want and a perfect location. Getting ready to book it again! I LOVE this place!
Large master on 3rd level. Queen room and 3-level bunk on 1st level. Ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms. Full bath on 2nd level as well. LARGE kitchen, dining room, and two living areas (one small and one large). Hot tub worked great. One car garage with second car bay in front of garage. Third parking spot in front of front door if not too much snow accumulated.Really enjoyable stay. This is a rental property but better than most.
Property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and evening meals. Hot tub was very clean, on the older side, but perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.
This was a very comfortable home for a family. Plenty of space to gather and sleep. What a luxury to have four bathrooms! The kitchen is roomy and fairly well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a garage for one car. Clint was extremely helpful to us when we needed some quick help. It is about a five block walk into town to restaurants and shopping and the Frisco pathway is just a few blocks away.
We loved this condo! The condo was very well laid out and we enjoyed all of the quiet surrounding it. Location was fabulous for all we wanted to do in Frisco and Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed, except for a fan in the master bedroom as it got a little toasty at night time. The condo offered many different outdoor spaces for our family to spread out on and the indoor seating with kitchen access was great! Having a garage to unload our bikes in was also a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed nine days in this beautiful home and it exceeded our expectations. This vacation home was our base camp for all our biking, paddling, hiking, horseback riding and relaxing adventures. We loved having the main living and kitchen area away from the bedrooms on the ground level and the master on the upper level. Everyone loved their own private bath connected to each bedroom and and 3/4 bath on the main living level. We enjoyed both decks and the path to the stream out back offered a peaceful serenity although we did not see a moose that has been in the area. The laundry room and access to the garage offered a great place to store bikes and paddle boards. All in all it was perfect for us. The view to Mount Royal was spectacular to watch the night climbers on the rock wall. Nearby eatery, Tavern West was perfect for a lovely patio dinner. The large kitchen is equipped with everything. My only caution would be for guests who are not comfortable with climbing stairs. Everything else was great and working with Clint Moon, Bighorn Management was a pleasure. Thank you 333 Streamside. We look forward to another stay.
We stayed 4 nights in this condo recently and really enjoyed the place! It had all the towels, cookware and other amenities we could have asked for, and we particularly enjoyed the design. The entryway is large with plenty of bench and shelf space, perfect for ditching all your ski gear. The main living and eating areas provided plenty of hang-out room, and the whole place was well insulated to sound so sleepers in the bedrooms weren't disturbed by others still up in the living room. The hot tub was great and is surrounded by aspens which made for a beautiful setting. We had a Chevy Suburban which wouldn't quite fit in the one car garage, but otherwise this condo was perfect!
We were very pleased with this property. It had everything we needed; although it could use a few new pillows. We loved the layout and cleanliness of this property. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub too. It was in a great location (easy walk to Main Street Frisco and shops, easy drive to several ski resorts as well as sledding/tubing areas.
Clean and so central location, super nice management comapny!!

Very convenient
We had a great time at the Duplex. Very comfortable and all the amenities of home. Short drive up to Breck and convenient to the cool town of Frisco. Nice beds, great TV, nice dining area for meals. The neighbor was a bit loud banging around in the am but other than that it was great.

Great place, lots or room!
It was a great experience, the house is really close to the freeway, so it is easy access to the resorts, as well as within walking distance to great restaurants. The only negative was the hot tub seemed to have a lot of chemicals in it that caused our skin to break out.
