This cozy accommodation has a maximum capacity for five people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a sofa bed and a TV to watch your favourite programs. It is an open space that connects the dining room and the kitchen.
There is a beautiful terrace with sofas for you to relax while having breakfast or sunbathing.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils to cook. The apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

Sant Adrià de Besòs is a city in the urban area of Barcelona, in the Barcelonès region, Spain, located at the mouth of the Besòs River, between Barcelona, Badalona, and Santa Coloma de Gramenet. Its prime location near parks, river, and beaches allows you to immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of the city. Step outside and let the enchanting gardens be your playground, where you can stroll hand in hand and feel the warm sun on your face. Take a leisurely walk along the nearby river, and let the soothing sound of flowing water wash away your worries. And when you're ready to indulge in the beauty of the sea, the sparkling beaches are just a stone's throw away, offering you many alternatives for water sports.

A must-see is the Museum of Immigration History of Catalonia (MhiC): Exhibitions on immigration received in Catalonia. It has a permanent exhibition with a train carriage called 'Sevillano'.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Train R1 Sant Adrià de Besos, is a 9-minute walk.

Barcelona El Prat Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
