Buses at 100 meters make a direct connection to the historic center of Porto and to the metro station of Casa da Música, which allows a direct connection to the Airport.
Street parking is free;
There are scooters nearby that can be rented at any time, as well as a cycle path connecting to the city park and the sea and Douro river area.
By car or taxi the journey to the Airport is about 15-20 min.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
With the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art as a central reference, classified as a "National Monument", the neighborhood is characterized by being a quiet residential area with a very good offer of public transport;
The Serralves Museum and Park represent a valuable historical and cultural heritage, comprising the Museum, a project by architect Álvaro Siza, winner of the Pritzker Prize in 1992; by Casa de Serralves, a unique example of Art Deco architecture; and the Park, designed by the French architect Jacques Gréber and awarded in 1997 with the "Henry Ford Prize for the Preservation of the Environment”.
The Serralves neighborhood is also characterized by the architecture of large classic houses from the 19th century in dialogue with the architectural design of luxury condominiums recently developed by the most renowned Portuguese architects such as Álvaro Siza and Eduardo Souto Moura.
Within a few minutes' walk there are supermarkets, laundry, restaurants and several renowned cafes and pastry shops.
Parque da Cidade do Porto, a favorite destination for runners and cyclists, is just 1 km away from Tanger Suite.
