This centrally located Llanrwst apartment is the perfect base for walkers and mountain bike riders. Close to local hill and forest walks as well as some of North Wales’ best mountain bike trails.

With a private bike storage rack and a bike and boot washing station, This really is a wonderful property for family and friends to get stuck in and enjoy the beauty of North Wales!

Newly refurbished, high specification, 5 bed and 3 bathroom apartment set over 3 floors, situated close to the centre of the beautiful market town of Llanrwst.

The large living/dining area is perfect to unwind in with family and friends after a busy days activities.

The adjoining kitchen incorporates 2 ovens, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

There is a large family bathroom, with bath and shower and 2 further shower rooms, one en-suite on the second floor.

Outdoors there is a small enclosed rear courtyard with an outdoor toilet, bike washing station and “muddy boot” outhouse with secure bike rack.

Please note that this property is set out across 3 levels and includes 3 staircases so may not be suitable for some.

Due to the properties' semi rural location, a use of a vehicle is recommended for getting around.

Travel cot's and highchairs are available upon request and do not come as standard so please make sure you request these items separately if needed.

Parking is as follows; free on-road or store-carpark but is subject to time limits during the day. Paid parking is available nearby and free "first come first serve" parking is available at the back of the property but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Llanrwst is a beautiful, small market town at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and boasting some of the Uk's most exciting outdoor experiences.

Llanrwst itself sits on the bank of the River Conwy and has a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants, including an award winning curry house, just over the road from the apartment. There are also plenty of independent shops and the Co-op supermarket situated nearby.

A short 10 min drive away you'll find Betws Y Coed- “the gateway to Snowdonia'. A stunning village surrounded by the dense Gwydr Forest with a distinctly alpine feel.

The long, sandy stretches of the North Wales Coast are home to the popular seaside resorts of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay,and Llandudno- all are easily accessible from Llanrwst, with the beautiful island of Anglesey less than an hours drive away and well worth a visit.

Home to Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and England at 3560 ft, with stunning scenery and an abundance of activities right on your door step, the Snowdonia region is the perfect choice for those seeking adventure or simply getting away from it all.

Zipworld has 3 nearby locations- Betws Y Coed Forest, Llechwedd Slate Caverns and Penrhyn Quarry, where you'll find many exhilarating activities.. including the worlds fastest zip wire and much much more.

Adventure Parc Snowdonia is also close by and has the worlds first inland surf lagoon, with waves ideal for beginners and pros alike. Here you will also find the new Adrenalin Indoors centre featuring The Caves, climbing walls and the UK's most extreme slides.

For those looking for a more relaxing holiday, there is an abundance of walking routes right on your doorstep, with great mountain climbs, lakeside rambles, idyllic river strolls and coastal hikes, Snowdonia National Park really does have it all.

For the cyclists among you, the 25km Gwydir Mawr Trail is a proper mountain bike trail. Big climbs, big descents, brilliant singletrack and stunning scenery make this a trail to remember. Most, but not all, of the climbs are on forest roads and tracks giving you time to enjoy the views of the mountains of Snowdonia, and all of the descents are on superb singletrack.
