Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2007.

This accommodation combines two independent rural houses, each with a private pool, located on separate plots to ensure the privacy and comfort of large groups or families who want to enjoy together without losing independence. The Two rural houses with private pool each are ideal for stays of up to 12 people, in a rural setting that is also very close to Alhaurín el Grande, just a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants and leisure.

The first house, called Finca la Rosa del Zángano, is a cosy wooden dwelling surrounded by mature trees that provide shade and a spacious area for children to play. It features a fenced swimming pool for greater safety, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoors. The main house has a 15 m² terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a spacious and comfortable living room, ideal for family gatherings. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and air conditioning, another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. If the occupancy exceeds 4 people, an additional bungalow is enabled with a double bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

The second house, with a stone facade, offers a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun after a swim in the private pool. Its porch provides access to a dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, where meals can be enjoyed inside or outside. The living room has comfortable sofas, Smart TV, and internet connection for the whole family's entertainment. The three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and heating, include two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom is spacious and bright with a shower tray.

Both houses are equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating and WiFi connection to ensure comfort in any season. The outdoor parking in the same building facilitates access. Additionally, the accommodation is environmentally friendly, equipped with a photovoltaic and thermal solar energy installation to reduce CO₂ emissions. The environment is ideal for families and children, with multiple leisure and nature options nearby: golf courses, beaches, water parks, train stations and airport at short distance.
