Located only minutes from downtown by car and walking distance to Chapultepec Ave and La Minerva and Los Arcos. Lots of tree lined streets in the area of affluent residential neighborhoods. Away from all the hustle and bustle noise, and congestion of the centro/downtown area.
Soriana market is only a few blocks away on Ave Mexico and Lopez Mateos
Buses runs regularly on Ave Mexico.

Spacious condo

Lots of space. I wouldn't walk after dark around there anymore after reading after the fact that there's crime there. The streets aren't bad well lit as Providencia but it's a great area to walk around in the daytime.

Great value for the money

Ours was a very large unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, and separate kitchen. It would be very comfortable for 6 people. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but given the price and the location, it is a great bargain. Caution note, there is no elevator, and there's several flights of stairs to climb, so not ideal for someone with mobility issues

The little things added up

We lived here for a month. The location was good for us, near several bus lines, and in a reasonably safe neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable. Clothes washer and dryer were helpful. But, the property manager did not prioritize our comfort and convenience--the apartment was not ready for us when we checked in, and we had a very difficult time working with him to resolve multiple issues, some of which were never addressed. WiFi was only 10 MB, and did not reach to the kitchen or bedrooms. There was a high level of noise throughout the day and night from street traffic, barking dogs, and (we guess) banging machinery. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for two people but the oven and espresso maker didn't work properly.

Súper mal, me cobraron doble renta, el señor dijo que haría un reembolso y aún es fecha que no me reembolsa nada y mi estancia fue desde principios de junio, y ya no m contesta el teléfono!!!

We enjoy our stay at Richard’s condo #3 is very spacious and safe with restaurants down the corner

We enjoy the walking neighborhood to a few good restaurants also the spacious condo worked great for us and we felt safe. Richard the owner was checking with me to make sure we were enjoying our stay in his property. The day we arrived at the property we were given the choice of either condo #2 or condo#3 we were pleasantly surprised to have that option and we went with #3 Spacious, clean, safe and walking neighborhood close enough to everything Or a Uber ride away. Great location, clean, quiet, spacious

We enjoyed our stay here, but could have been much more enjoyable if the owner were to take an inventory of the kitchen amenities and replace some missing items. We were here over Christmas and there was a decided lack of pots and pans, knives are very dull, and a lack of glassware. A how to book would also be great...how to light the stove, what to do with garbage, emergency numbers, where to find groceries, where is the bus stop, etc. I hope the owner will read this and address these few issues, because in spite of this, it is a fabulous property and we had a great time in Guadalajara!

I really like this place. The apartment is well equiped with things needed to cook and relax also is clean and is located close from everything. Great place. Spacious and in one of Guadalajara's best areas.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Guadalajara. One main factor is this centrically located spacious apartment. Fast internet service (a major requirement) and cable tv. It's a 'do not miss Fahad.

Great Location. Clean. Would recommend

The pictures do not do this absolutely beautiful condo justice! We rented the condo because my daughter was getting married. The condo had an ample supply of linens and bedding. The kitchen was remodeled and was well stocked and all of the appliances were in great condition. Richard was an absolute delight to work with and was attentive to all of our needs! Always very responsive and give us tips of the city. We will definitely be back!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard's place while in Guadalajara . I appreciate him calling & checking to see that all was great just as promised. The place was very homestyle and very comfortable, great wifi too. I can't wait to return there we enjoyed the city so much. We will definitely be staying here or one of his other places when we return. Safe neighborhood, loved the bus system, lots of culture, loved the people too ! Totally recommend this place!

Wonderful!

The place was awesome- bigger than expected! Clean, comfortable, centrally located and in a safe location. The communication with the owner was constant and quick responses. He was very helpful on giving information as to what the city has to offer- which is alot! We were a total of 5 people and we had more than enough space. Would highly recommend this property for its good value and great location, will be returning next year!

Perfect Condo for Families & Friends!!

This is my second time staying here and the condo is still the best place to stay in Guadalajara! The property manager, Yolanda is very friendly and always just a phone call away if a visitor has any questions. The condo is very clean and provides all the amenities for a short or long stay visitor. I like how there is both a washer and dryer because it gives a traveler the flexibilty of washing clothes as if they were at home and not having to waste time looking for a dry cleaner. It also has a full kitchen which helps if someone would want to cook or safely store restaurant leftovers. The wi-fi is super fast and provides coverage of the entire condo which is convenient. This is also the more economical place to stay for couples and especially families since there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thanks again Richard for making my stay in Guadalajara a memorable one!

Good location

We came to Guadalajara for a short 3 day get away, and were happy with Richard's condo. It's a quiet and safe location and there are many fabulous restaurants just a short cab ride away. It's also not too far from the e-bus line, which takes you to downtown. We shared the condo with another couple, and we could barely hear each other, the doors are thick and it has 2 bathrooms, so it made sharing easy.

I stayed 5 months in Guadalajara and I was so happy that I found Richard’s condo. Since I was staying in Mexico for few months, I was looking for a nice and cozy place that could remind me home. The owner has few condos, so you have a choice to pick which one you like. I saw 3 of his condos and all of them were nice and have everything that you need. Even though the owner leaves in US, it was so easy to get hold of him. If I needed something, he was available any time and he always completed my requests right away. It was so pleasant to deal with Richard. I would recommend his condos to anyone. YOU WILL LOVE IT !

Great Condo In Guadalajara!!!!

I stayed at this beautiful condo for 5 days and my family enjoyed every part of it. From the first e-mail the property owner was prompt and very helpful with any question I had. I met the property manager the first day and she gave me the keys and gave a thorough tour of the condo. I was amazed at how clean & spotless the condo was. There are 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen and a washer/dryer for cleaning clothes. The wireless internet is very fast and provided a strong signal throughout the condo. There is also cable television and a land line phone which was convenient. The location is great because it is very safe and far enough from the Centro so that you can get some peaceful rest, yet close enough that you can hop on a bus or take a 20 minute walk to Centro. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and an Oxxo two blocks away in case a visitor would need any small items. I am returning to Guadalajara again next year and this will be the condo I stay at! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great for families or friends

Our family spent Christmas to New Years enjoying Guadalajara while staying in the top floor condo. Breakfast every morning on the patio was perfect, although this always disturbed the hummingbird who was trying to hatch an egg in a nest just above the table. The condo worked out great. Buses to the city are available about a 5 minute walk away; there is a great bakery which has an assortment of other items down the street about 4 blocks; for a late evening arrival like ours, the tacos and sandwiches available at the restaurant about 20 meters away are great; several other good restaurants are within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes). The only downside we encountered was no supermarket in the area, so fresh fruit wasn't as easily available as we would have liked. But, overall, we can highly recommend staying here. The city center is easily accessible, but you are far enough away and on a quiet side street, so sleeping is undisturbed-until the parrots outside start their morning discussions.

In the middle of everything.

Guadalajara and its surrounding towns (Chapala, Mazamitla, Tlaquepaque, Zapopan, Tequila, etc.) are truly a magnificent place to visit. Coming "home" to our condo was so calming and refreshing. The condo was very clean and very well decorated. The pictures and descriptions of it are accurate. All you need is close-by (groceries, coffee shops, bakeries, etc.) and the must-see sites are easily accessible via bus or taxi. We felt safe enough in the neighborhood as to walk in the night when we got the munchies. Richard is very helpful prior and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
