The property is built around a 500 year old trullo, and is nestled in a well-tended garden with private parking. It is the perfect location for weddings and events (upon request).
The villa is subdivided into three units, each with independent access, that are not connected inside.
Guests have at their disposal 4 large, bright bedrooms, with linens included.
Trulli Itaka is surrounded by green spaces and is perfect for outdoor activities: guests have a barbecue and wood burning oven at their disposal where they can cook local produce from the nearby organic vegetable garden.
The private pool has all amenities for a perfect, relaxing day: an outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Guest annex (next to the main building) made up of two areas that are not connected inside:
Ground floor: living room (in the old trullo) with bathroom with shower; double bedroom and private bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: living area with kitchen corner; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.

A mandatory payment of € 198 to cover accidental damage of the property and/or furnishings (coverage up to € 5.000,00), is due at the time of the balance payment for each reservation.

Arrival between 17:00 and 20:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
