The holiday house 'the Red Lily' born from the desire to give to the guests the true Neapolitan reality that goes beyond the wrong image often attributed to our city.
It is located in the heart of Naples, located in a building of the '800, just a few meters from the historic Piazza del Plebiscito. The apartment was completely renovated with its terrace full of red lilies make your stay comfortable making you take a dip in the Neapolitan tradition.
'The Red Lily' is just a few steps from the famous Via Chiaia, famous for shopping Neapolitan and Via dei Mille also known for its nightlife. Not far away is the Angevin and then the marina from where there are daily ferries to Capri, Ischia and Sorrento. It is also close to Via Toledo and then the cable car that connects the city center with the Vomero hill where you can visit Castel Sant 'Elmo and the Museum of San Martino. For fans of concerts and operas Teatro S. Charles is in the immediate vicinity.

We absolutely loved this property. Easy access from street and beautiful terrace were our favorite parts! We enjoyed the large property and never felt cramped with 3 people. Host was extremely friendly and accommodating with amazing directions for entry. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property for 3-4 people!

Apartment was clean, and in a very convenient location. Maria met us for check in. She was very helpful and so kind. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the mornings. I would stay here again!

Elegant apartment

This elegant apartment is in a very central part of the city!! The beautiful outdoor patio offered a relaxing place to enjoy local cuisine! Very clean and comfortable for our stay! Hope to return soon!!!

We enjoyed staying here. It was close to shopping, lots of food and the port where we had to go for one of our day trips. The beds were good. Air conditioning worked well. There was a taxi stand at the bottom of the hill which we used to get to train station. We didn’t get a chance to use the outside area but it looked like it would be relaxing.

Amazing!

The check in process was seamless. The host met us, walked around the apartment and was available when we had questions. The location was amazing. The outside space was perfect for our family to gather after a long day of sightseeing. We were just steps from shops, restaurants, and museums. We would definitely stay here again!

Naples Stay at via …

Property was typical Italian apartment. We stayed as two couples. Nicely set up with 2 bedrooms and ensuites. Host provided everything we needed. Area around the property had some shopping, many food places, and some interesting attractions. All within walking distance. Would recommend. If we return to Naples would try to book here again.

First, Maria is one of the best hosts, communicating throughout the process and going above and beyond to be helpful including assistance when we needed a health care professional. Secondly, the layout of the apartment was perfect for two couples who enjoying having coffee on a terrace. It was clean and comfortable. Finally, the location could not have been better to enjoy Naples with many things in easy walking distance including the ferry. Plus 10 rating in our book.

What a wonderful apartment! Great location for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. A very short walk to the underground to get wherever you want to go. We absolutely loved the apartment and Ms Maria. She waited patiently for us to arrive so she could get us settled in and comfortable. Absolutely a world class host. We’re planning a return trip because of her and the wonderful apartment.

Beautiful apartment

This is a jewel tucked away on a quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Within walking distance of many sights, restaurants and shops. We found a delightful neighborhood restaurant 4 doors down from us. Be aware that while there is a lift, it does not stop on the first floor. You will need to carry your luggage up approximately 12 steps. Maria is a fabulous hostess and very communicative. We would happily stay here the next time we visit Naples!

A glorious month

We spent a month at this nice flat. Great neighborhood. Chocolate, pasta, fruit and veggie stores on the block. Wonderful restaurants near by. Opera house a block away. Morning walks along the Bay of Naples just across the piazza. Sunrises and sunsets over terrace, along with eating on the terrace a treat. Beds comfortable too. Fully recommend this flat. Maria helpful when needed assistance.

Best area for culture and food

We chose this apartment for its location. It allowed us to walk to the ballet and concert and to a lovely shopping area with classic pizza places and cafes. We loved the coziness of the apartment and loved the beautiful patio. We’ll need more time in Napoli next time.

Perfect location for exploring city

Clean and well appointed apartment in the center of great neighborhood surrounded by historical interest and numerous places to eat. The host/owner is responsive and very accommodating. Difficulty with communicating with owner due to VRBO messaging awkward and slow, not her fault. Check in is challenging since there is nowhere to park, otherwise owner was very helpful.
