Check out this fantastic first-floor apartment!<br>It's an open-concept space with a kitchen, living room, and sleeping area featuring a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is very spacious, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and you’ll also find a table with chairs, a sofa, and some armchairs. There’s also a garden with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs, and a porch with a pool table. The guesthouse is located in the courtyard, right next to the Art Nouveau-style main house, which has two other guest apartments. The location is perfect: just a stone’s throw from the public beach and the lake, and a short walk from the public car park and the ferry terminal. And let’s not forget the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and train station—all within easy reach!<br><br>Nearby you’ll find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the train station. My home has been passed down from father to son, and I wanted to share it with you so you can discover the beauty of our splendid Lake Iseo.<br><br>The property is one of a kind, rich in history, charm, and architectural details. The garden is a riot of flowers and plants, and the location is truly idyllic—close to the train station and easily accessible by car from the main roads.<br><br>If you love hiking in the mountains, you’ll find numerous bike and walking trails to explore. And during your stay, you can visit Monte Isola, the islands of Loreto and S. Paolo, and the coastal towns rich in tradition, history, museums, events, food, wine, nature trails, bike and walking paths, bars, restaurants, and shops.<br><br>Don’t forget to visit Zone, home to the erosional pyramids—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and the magical gnome forest. Come discover Capo di Ponte, with its rock carvings—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of our lake! We organise sport fishing trips by boat with a professional guide for an unforgettable experience. And you absolutely can’t miss the lake tour by boat: you’ll feel like you’re in another world, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. No car noise, no traffic—just the cool lake breeze on your skin. Oh, I almost forgot! Every Thursday there’s a market in the square—the perfect opportunity to discover local products. Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren im 2. Stock und hatten schönen Ausblick auf den See. Matteo war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit als wir einen Zahnarzt brauchten. Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir werden wiederkommen
