This busy district in central Barcelona is characterized by wide streets and an elegant atmosphere. L'Eixample is known for its Art Nouveau architecture, including buildings by Antoni Gaudí, and the shopping and dining around the Plaça de Catalunya and along Passeig de Gracia.
La Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample is a multicultural neighborhood with a wonderful international dining scene. Local museums include Casa Golferichs and Penitenciari La Model. The neighborhood is also home to Joan Miró Park, the setting for the artist's famous "Woman and Bird" sculpture.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €2330 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
