Before your arrival, the space is treated with ozone to ensure complete disinfection.
It features a queen-size bed that folds down to provide more space during the day. There’s a reading light by the bed.
There’s a small laptop table with strong Wi-Fi and a desk lamp. It also has a standing fan and a large wall mirror. There is a single closet with a mini ironing board, an iron, and 6 large drawers.
Enjoy your favourite films and shows on a 55-inch smart TV with 4K Crystal technology and 180° swivel. I offer my Netflix, HBO Max, and DirecTV Go accounts for free.
The shower provides hot water 24 hours a day. It has three heat settings, towels, a footrest for stepping out of the shower, and liquid hand soap.
There is a small kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, an electric induction cooktop, a rice cooker, an electric coffee maker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a blender, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, salad bowls, cutlery, etc.
Pots suitable for preparing simple meals: breakfasts, salads, soups, stews, and pasta dishes.
There is a table and high stools so you can enjoy the views while having a delicious snack or dinner.
It also has a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite music from your cell phone.

The studio apartment is completely self-contained. It’s located on the ground floor of the building.
When you leave the complex and just take a walk, you can visit the Puente de los Suspiros, the Osma Museum, craft breweries, bars like Juanito and Victoria, Ayahuasca, enjoy live music at the La Noche cultural centre, and discover many great restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine, such as Isolina, Cantarana, and especially the BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD, “CENTRAL,” located just two blocks from the complex.
You can also walk to Agua Dulce, Sombrilla, and Yuyos beaches, among others, to swim or surf.
Two blocks from the studio apartment is Chorrillos Avenue, with all kinds of transport options to anywhere in Lima.
