The Space:

FOR INFORMATION - There are some construction works going on next door to this property from May 26 to January 27. We have been assured that noise/disruption will be kept to a minimum during this period, but expect most to be at the beginning of the process. With two large sofas and three comfy armchairs, there are plenty of places to relax. There's a spacious dining table with 6 chairs for everyone to gather over food and drink during meal times, or over a game in the evenings.

★ BEDROOMS ★



The chalet has three bedrooms set up to sleep up to 6 guests. All rooms have quality linen and bedding for a comfortable night’s rest.

✔ Room 2 – double bed with chest of draws, wardrobe and side table.

✔ Room 3 – small double bed plus single bed with ample wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms in the chalet: one family bathroom with walk in shower and one ensuite.



The spacious family bathroom is well stocked with towels and essential toiletries to freshen up after a day at the beach.

The ensuite serves the seafront double bedroom and has a bath, WC, sink and mirror.

Head out from the living room to the beachside garden and enjoy uninterrupted sea views and sunshine.

The Neighborhood:

Having the beach on your doorstep is the star attraction, of course, but there's plenty more in the area to keep you occupied.



You’ll find everything you need in the nearby village of East Wittering, with a fishmonger, butchers, bakers, a pharmacy, greengrocers and two supermarkets. There is also a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, gift shops and ice cream parlours.



We are fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering) and The Wittering (West Wittering) to name a few.



There are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group. You can walk to the sandy dunes at West Wittering beach from the house along the coastal path.



The cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away and has a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The well-known Festival Theatre is home to many national tours and popular performances.



If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, the Festival of Speed or The Revival, the venue is only 20 minutes drive from the chalet.



Getting Around:

With the beach as your back garden. The wider area is best explored in a car. But there are regular buses to Chichester from East Wittering village. You can also explore the local area on foot or bike.
