Property was very clean and lovely lovely location!

Property was very clean and lovely lovely location! Downside is there is no lift and very steep stairs also you have to pick keys up from a different location and drop them off which I think could be better organised like a key safe
Response from VrboOwner on 23 Nov, 2024

Regarding the key pickup and drop-off process, we want to assure you that we have a thorough security system in place to ensure everything is handled correctly. Great, highly recommend will stay again.

Stay was great, was there with children. Great place and highly recommend. The only minus is impossible to park anywhere around, and I hope you got small bags as flat is on the top floor. Entrance is really narrow and staircase is the same width as an entrance. But flat itself is great. So I am counting this as minor inconvenience. Great as it’s got air conditioning and each bedroom got ceiling fan.

Dear Yuri, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, and for recommending this apartment! We are delighted to know that your stay was great, and we hope that all of you had a lovely time. As you say, it is difficult to park here, as the property is located in the Old Town, and the streets are narrow regarding the building itself, it has not a lift, as most of the buildings in that area, as they already have a bit of history. That said, we would be really pleased to have you back! All the best.

Key collection far away.

The apartment was spotless and had everything needed. It was in a great location in the centre of the Old town and mins from the beach. Keys had to be collected from an office a long distance from where the apartment is. My daughter lives there and picked them up earlier in the day. Not sure what would happen if you arrived late. Had the same problem when we left. They had to be dropped back. Also 3 flights up, no lift was a struggle as we are in our 60's/70's. Harder if you had a large case.
Response from VrboOwner on 12 Jun, 2026
Dear Philomena, thank you for sharing your experience, and for mentioning the positive points of the accommodation. We are sorry that you had to walk to the office but, for security reasons, we do not install lockers in the building itself. We have a special procedure for late arrivals, so there is no need to worry if that was the case. That said, we hope that you had a lovely time, and that you enjoyed the charms of the area. Kind regards.

Nice apartment for younger people as has a lot of steps and no lift

The apartment was nicely decorated It&#39s at least a 20 minute walk to collect & drop back the key. I was on the 3rd floor with 50 steps and no lift not suitable for an older person

Response from VrboOwner on 22 May, 2026
