If you want to experience Milan by staying in a nice apartment just 15 minutes from the Duomo and 6 minutes from Castello Sforzesco and the main points of interest, this is the house for you.
It is located in Sempione zone, not far from Piazza del Duomo, It is easily accessible by public transport from the central station and the airports, also at 500m away there is the Conciliazione metro stop and within walking distance there is a convenient car park.
The cozy and modern design, neat and refined will make you feel at home after a long day exploring Milan. The accommodation is perfect for couples or families and can host up to 4 people. It is located on the basement floor accessible by elevator and consists of living room with sofa that can become a double
bed if necessary, fully equipped kitchen and complete with all appliances, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For the comfort of our guests the apartment is equipped with wifi access, hairdryer, TV, iron, air conditioning and heating.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm to 7 pm, every day. Late arrivals are only possible by prior arrangement and with an extra fee. Arrivals after 23:00 are not allowed. Check-out is at 10:00. Please note that to stay in Milan is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 3 per day for each guest, which will be collected at check-in.

Basement appartment

The appartment is nicely furnished and appears recently renovated. The size is perfect for 4. Kitchenette and bathroom are small but functional. Location is great with shops nearby and a tram station just a few steps away. Very positive was the fact that many amenities (soap, toilet paper, nespresso capsules, dish washer tabs, etc.) were available in sufficient amount. The fact that the apparment is located in the basement is not highlighted enough in the add, as this is a major drawback in my view.
