Appartement à fuir

Nous devions prendre l’appartement à 16h. Nous nous avons eu seulement qu’à 17h15. Nous étions très embêté car nous avions une baisse pour un essai à 17h. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l’appartement était encore sale parquet cassé et qui datait pas d’aujourd’hui, je pense que vu comment il était le Labo C’était depuis longtemps, pas de hot, prise défectueuse, murale, salle de bain toute moisie avec champignons trois Code gaz très limite pour la sécurité à l’appartement. À fuir. Nous avons jamais mangé. Nous n’avons pas utilisé juste pour dormir tellement il était déprime très mauvais expérience avec vos agents agence Abritel qui n’a rien pu faire pour nous alors que nous avons réservé avec vous , j’ai envoyé des photos et j’aurais d’autres photos par la suite

Localisation parfaite mais un appartement qui est un peu défraîchi

Le ménage n’était pas fait en arrivant le cendrier était pleins de cigarettes.. l’emplacement est parfait mais l’appartement a vécu Sinon tout le confort est présent, le wifi est parfait et quelques restaurants en bas parfait pour manger sur le pouce. Pour résumé un appartement bien situé mais qui mériterait de la peinture et u peu réfection

Central location, excellent for transport routes

Property has 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms & small communal area - it is on the 3rd floor above a busy area with bars which stay open late & can be noisy! Location very good, but apartment needs a little TLC - in the words of our group, it was clean, but feels a little unloved

Summer stay

I spent a week in the summer with my two teenage daughters at this property. Central location is ideal for exploring all parts of Porto by foot. Shopping opportunities, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Proximity to bars that are open late was not an issue with regard to noise as long a windows were kept closed. Three bedrooms are spacious. Would come here again.

Super zentral in Porto gelegen...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zugang wird über eine Schlüssel Box ganz einfach geregelt. Lage direkt an der Universität ideal. Wir konnten unsere 5 Tage komplett zu Fuß verbringen, Altstadt, Douro, und Sehenswürdigkeiten alles in der Nähe. Direkt unter der Wohnung sind allerdings mehrere Kneipen, die durchaus bis 2 Uhr morgens Gäste vor dem Haus haben. In zwei Zimmern ist dann doch Recht viel davon zu hören. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ganz unkompliziert. Vielen Dank José.

Nope

Communication with owner was easy. Check in was tricky in that details were unclear. Location in the city was nice but the unit itself is next to restaurants/bars and a park— loud music/shouting long into the night. Black mold in both showers and the floors are buckling. Positive- it had a washer.

3 nights in heart of Porto

What a fabulous location!! Walking everywhere from here. Restaurants galore within minutes. Beds super comfy, nice water pressure in showers. When windows shut, cannot hear noise from down below. We were there over weekend and University students partying into the night, but with closed windows and a fan, comfortable temperature and no noise. Thank you!
