Property was clean and tidy, host responsive and communication excellent. We did have an issue with our escape artist of a dog one night but that was due to us not realisong you need to slightly lift the gate to the decking. Thank you for letting us stay would absolutely book again.

Communication with owner was good but the caravan was very dated. All furniture was damaged, needs an overall and good clean. Luckily took own bedding and towels. Stains on the carpets and furniture.Would not recommend or go back.

Web site say they will give you checking details 3 day before your stay .I phoned and emailed the host 3 times and still no checking details.Saturday the 16th start of my holiday I was still at home no checking detail.had to phone the 24/7 help line .they got me the checking detail ,missed the first day of holiday only got to go on the sunday.the caravan was very tried looking bed sheets did not look fresh no toilet roll had to go to shop and buy (24\7help centre was good nice lady

Lovely stay, but could have been a lot cleaner as we walked in was a horrible smell it needs an air freshener also a lot of cobwebs above curtains and around bedrooms

3 night stay

Clean comfy caravan double bedroom with own toilet was a bonus the small bedroom was comfortable but maybe a little small if two adult were sharing but there is another pull out bed in lounge . The kitchen is well equipped,also a decent sized shower cubicle . Situated on back row of saltings makes it quiet ,it's ideal for my dog there is a field nearby. We work love to stay again if it became available. All in all a very enjoyable stay

After I had replaced the bed linen with newly purchased Dunelm hotel grade and removed the half empty bottle of fanny wash and worn out sponges all was ok. The van is beige overload and is worn out.

The place was fine, the host was great, we had to leave after 4days as our little old dog was dying and had to rush home and he died that night. The host has very kindly told us we can go stay another 3 nights. (she's so kind and understanding).saying that what time we had there was ok Thank you Cheryl
