To maintain the quality of our services and property, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following some fundamental yet essential rules required by our management team.<br><br> Reservations are only permitted for guests who are at least 21 years old. All guests must be informed at the time of booking.<br><br> Extra overnight guests beyond the reported number are not allowed. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorisation.<br><br> For safety reasons, the use of glass bottles and utensils in the pool area is strictly prohibited.<br> Any accidents resulting from non-compliance with this rule will be the guest's complete responsibility, including cleaning costs and ensuring safety for future guests.<br><br> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence, including e-cigarettes. The use of DRUGS is prohibited on our premises. Guests are aware and agree that violation of this rule will result in a charge of up to €100 to cover odour removal and residue cleaning.<br><br> Parties or events are not allowed. In the event of an unauthorised party or event not previously authorised by our team, we reserve the right to charge €100 as a compensation for breaking this rule.<br><br> USE OF WASHING MACHINE: We kindly request that guests rinse clothes and remove as much sand as possible before placing them in the machine to avoid engine damage.<br><br> POOL: Adult supervision is mandatory for all children using the pool. The pool depth is 3 metres. The pool operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.<br><br> PETS: Pets are not allowed.<br><br> GARBAGE: the green container is located at the left exit of the building.<br><br> LATE CHECK-OUT:A lot of times we have arriving guests on the same day that you are leaving. To ensure that our cleaning crew has enough time to clean and prepare the house for the next guest we charge €40 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.<br><br> NOISE: Although we do our best to provide a serene and tranquil stay, since it is an apartment complex, you may encounter some maintenance in other properties or buildings which we do not have control of.<br> The apartment is located in a building with 3 floors and is located on the ground floor.<br> If there is any necessary maintenance needed, we expect guests to understand that temporary noise is expected and be aware that refunds does not apply in this case.<br
