This delightful Ground Floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom (1 en-suite) Apartment has been Fully Refurbished and Modernised throughout.

It features a Private Courtyard Garden to give you extra enclosed Outside Space just for you and your guests. Complete with Marble Table and 4 Chairs for Alfresco Dining as well as a Lounging Sofa for Relaxing on.

The Partly Shaded Communal Pool (Great in the Heat of the Summer!) is just across from Kaan Lale with Sunbathing Terrace around the Pool and 4 Sunbeds complete with Sunbed Cushions.

Kaan Lale was recently Fully Refurbished and features a New, Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen area (complete with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave etc), Tables and Dining Chairs and Two Comfy Sofas to relax on under the refreshing air-conditioning in the heat of the day. There is also a TV complete with an Amazon Firestick for watching UK TV across the Internet (please note: quality cannot be guaranteed).

The 2 Bedrooms both feature King Size Beds with Wardrobe and Dressing Table. The newly re-fitted ensuite and main bathroom both have Walk-In Modern Showers.

A Fantastic Location Close to Town just off the Kalamar road, with a short Flat Walk into Town. There are 2 Supermarkets, a Bar and Restaurant all within less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
