Breezeway Bay Waterfront Cabin with New Boathouse/ Plenty of parking

Come and enjoy a memorable vacation or fishing trip. This waterfront house is perfectly situated on the point of the inlet at the Waterfront Bay Area, between Pine Island and Preston Island. This is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath with new private boathouse. Good water depth at the dock and the great fishing in any direction.

The master bedroom has a nice queen sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a nice full sized bed (s), large sunroom furnished with a day bed and pull out bed and two twins. Bedrooms are small and all three are upstairs. Sunroom is large and downstairs opening up to lake.

The living room and dining area are one large room with flat screen TV.

The kitchen adjoins and is fully equipped.

You can enjoy a day of fun and relaxation followed by a great sunset view of the Tennessee River main channel. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do !

Clean property, nice boat house, super close to Waterfront (GTO), and plenty of room for people and vehicles. The owner was super helpful and engaged very quickly to make sure our check-in was a success and that everything was good.

Chris called beforehand and explained everything i needed to know. The property was in the perfect location for a boater. Boat ramp is less than a mile away. We had full access to the indoor dock which was nice to keep boat out of the weather. We enjoyed our stay.

We did enjoy our stay but found you have a mouse problem. One was found under a bed in the middle of the night scratching on something and we also lost food left out they got into. Was disappointing but we managed.

Beautiful sunrises in the morning

The cabin was a charming 3 bed 1.5 bath home. Great location. It was clean and decorated well. The dock was wonderful to sit on and watch the sun rise and also the sunroom was great for yoga and reading.

Family vacation

The location was wonderful. Close to boat ramp and gas station. We spent most of our time by the lake. Great boat house and space for our boat. House had great space to all eat together. We made it work with the bathrooms. We had trouble with the internet but for me I didn't care I was on vacation. Great time.
