The house adjoins Lake Fond de France where it is possible to fish for beautiful trout (50 cm), 6 km from the station 7 Laux, Le Pleynet side.
Possibility of various sports activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, sled dogs, ski touring; in summer, lovers of hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, idleness will find the leisure to attend.
Shuttle for the station to 1 euro the round trip.
The village is 3 kilometers away and has a grocery store, a bakery.
The house has board games, many books.

   8 downhill tracks dotted with wood modules, banked turns and undergrowth natural passages.
In 2014: the upper part of the blue track 'Jasse' will see the day with some improvements.
   4 levels: green, blue, red, black; spaces 'cross', 'mini cross' and 'mini shores' from Prapoutel.
