The homely living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. It is also generously lit and has a wood-burning stove for the colder evenings, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

Step outside and unwind in the private courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for coffee in the morning.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge (no freezer), essential cookware, and crockery, which will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs.

The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the upstairs has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

There's one full bathroom and a WC. The full bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a shower over the bathtub, two sinks, fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Manchester is a major city in northwest England with a rich industrial heritage. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted to find themselves near Platt Fields Park, Fog Lane Park, Birchfields Park, and Fletcher Moss Botanical Gardens (14 minutes by bus), all offering serene green spaces and picturesque landscapes. For those interested in cultural experiences, the Didsbury Central Mosque (18 minutes by bus) is also within reach, showcasing stunning architectural design and serving as a place of worship for the local community. Additionally, the bustling Burton Road (15 minutes by bus) is just a stone's throw away, providing an abundance of shops, restaurants, and cafes for residents and visitors to explore.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Mauldeth Road, is just a 20-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
