Boasting a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a garden and views of the pool, Villa Daniela & Apartments is situated in Koutsounari and offers accommodation with free WiFi, private infinity pool, fitness area, bike rental and un unlimted, breath-taking sea-view.
The owners speak fluently English, french, german, italian, greek and luxembourgish !
The appartments are fully airconditionned, they have direct access to the pool and they are equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer in each unit, along with free toiletries. Guests have free access to the fitness area (spinning bikes, treadmills).
Villa Daniella is specially addressed to cyclists of all levels: bike rental, technical service and complete training packages are offered in place.
Popular points of interest near the accommodation include the wonderful Long Beach, Achlia beach, Agia Fotia beach. The nearest airport is Heraklion International, 100km from Villa Daniela & Apartments, and the property offers a paid airport transfer service.
Villa Daniela is a brand-new property, built in 2020 (finished in March 2020). You can choose between our 3-bedroom Villa or the one-bedroom apartments.
It is build according to high quality standards.
The residence sits at about 150m above sea level and is only around 1.500m from the sea and it offers large terraces and luxurious pools with endless sea views, sensational sunsets and breath-taking, romantic nights under the moonlight.
The residence is an ideal destination for sportspersons and especially cyclists: we offer bikes (racing, MTB, e-bikes) for rent, training packs for cyclists and an open fitness area.

The owners speak fluently English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish and Greek.
They are keen to show you the area, help you discover local culture, gastronomy and especially wine (a good champagne and wine cave is in the property).
Nikos, a passionate cyclist, is especially keen to help you with advice, instructions and company if you choose to ride one of our bicycles or to follow a cycling-training-pack. Nikos knows well the best places to visit in the area and he is always available to give you the right proposals. He even maintains a list of selected restaurants and taverns in the area where you will be received as a special guest
