The house features three spacious bedrooms comprising of two doubles and one with two single beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, a cosy living room with a TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower, bath and hand wash basin and a garden with a patio area and grass.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with parking for two cars.


Entrance/accessibility -
There is allocated parking spaces for 2 cars outside the front of the property.


Kitchen-
This spacious kitchen has everything you will need during your stay to whip up some culinary magic! Appliances include; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster as well as a washing machine. Coffee, tea and Sugar are complementary.
Within the kitchen space there is a dining table with space for 6 and a breakfast bar.

Lounge Area -
The cosy lounge area has two comfy vibrant sofas perfect for relaxing. There is a TV so you can watch your favourite shows still.

Bedrooms -
The first and second bedrooms are situated at the back of the house and have double beds as well as wardrobes with plenty of space for your items. The first bedroom also has it's on en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is at the front of the house and has two single beds as well as a wardrobe and plenty of space for belongings.

Bathroom -
There is one spacious bathroom in the property which is on the first floor and has a Shower, Bath, Toilet and Sink. Towels are provided for your stay.

There is also an en-suite for the first bedroom and a downstairs toilet.

Extras -
-Full fibre internet, providing excellent connection for leisure or work meetings.

This property is self check-in and is accessed with a lockbox.

Norton-Canon is a small rural village in Herefordshire. It makes for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Hereford town centre is a 20 minute drive from the property where you will find high street shopping and restaurants. If you are visiting Hereford, we would recommend the cathedral and Hampton Court Castle.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
