Guests can enjoy the entire property. The open kitchen dining area is clean, contemporary and fully equipped as there is a oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge as well as a washing machine, ideal for self-catering stays lit with daylight shining in through the patio doors.
In the living area the sofa & accent chairs compliment and brings warmth to the space. The area has a 50 inch smart TV which makes the space great for relaxing after a day out. On the ground floor there is a convenient W.C.

The upstairs of the property boasts 3 roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom can be provided with either a king size bed or two singles, whichever you would prefer for a comfortable stay. The second bedroom homes two twin beds with wardrobe space for your belongings. The third bedroom is a cosy space with a single bed. All beds are provided with beddings & plush linen for a great night sleep.

The main bathroom is modern and clean and has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Externally the property has off-street parking for two vehicles and a beautiful lawned garden to the rear, perfect for relaxing.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access. Hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions and wedding venues.
