Up standard apartment in Kalsa

New, modern, specious and well equipped apartment - suitably located in Kalse as starting point for all Palermo hot spots on walking distance. Very comfortable queensize bed.

Very, very nice time

We wanted to experience a deep dive in Sicily. Stayed at our apartment on the Piazza Marina for six weeks. Some construction in neighborhood, but offset by location. Supermarket steps away as well as public and free bus.

Honestamente, demasiado decepcionante. De entrada en las fotos se ven que son dos cuartos con cama y uno de los cuartos no es cama ni sofa cama es un sofa…. Tambien cuando haces la reservacion no te dicen que vas a tener que pagar 48 euros de impuesto de la ciudad, y si haces check in despues de las 8 pm tiene costo adicional y si es despues de las 12 de la noche 40 euros mas!! Nunca viene eso explicado. La comunicacion fatal, dejaron pocos rollos de papel para el baño y si quieres mas tienes que comprarlos tu. Nos dejaron 3 toallas para secarnos en una estancia de 5 dias…. El mismo jabon para lavarse las manos es el jabon de cuerpo y shampoo!!! Fatal!!! El lugar estaba sucio habia ropa de inquilinos anteriores en bolsas y ahi las dejaron. Los interruptores de luz no tenian sentido prendias uno y se prendia otra zona del departamento… es la primera vez en mi vida que tengo problemas en un hospedaje jamas me habia pasado.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa pulita ed accogliente. Zona centralissima. L'unica cosa che non era indicato che era in zona ZTL ma parcheggiando poco fuori in 10 minuti si arriva a casa. Il ragazzo dell'accoglienza molto educato, simpye disponibile

We really loved our stay at Casa Mirto a piazza Marina. The property is as nice as you see in the pics, it was so clean and the location is fantastic! It is close to everything, it was just perfect for our 5 day stay in Palermo. We will definitely come back to stay again when next in Palermo!

Wonderfull Italy : A fuir absolument. Personne ne répondait au téléphone ou sur Whatsapp.Accueil désastreux. Personne pour avoir les clés de l’appartement. Nous avons du aller à l’hôtel la 1ere nuit (250 de frais)Personne pour le Check out non plus. On nous a indiqué de laisser les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement et tirer la porte. La porte du Rez de chaussée ne s’ouvrait pas de lIntérieur..,.Abritel nous a refusé tous remboursements ou dédommagements…..

Bellissimo appartamento ben arredato e molto fruibile con una posizione comoda al centro a tre passi dalla porta. Unica nota non positiva indiretta è un cantiere edile nell'edificio di fronte ma nonostante questo tornerei assolutamente anche subito. Grazie mille al nostro ospite che ci ha fatto sentire a casa Complimenti ancora!!!

Una bolla di tranquillità e relax a Palermo.

Sorprendente in agrodolce. Appartamento fantastico, generoso nelle superfici, ben dotato e curato nei dettagli, posizione fantastica, difficile chiedere meglio per il prezzo richiesto. Agrodolce riferito alle bellezze di Palermo rispetto al degrado e al traffico davvero poco invitante. Discutibile la politica dei prezzi applicata ai turisti rispetto alle aspettative, spesso prezzi alti per prodotti non all’altezza. Nulla di peggio però, rispetto ad altri luoghi turistici.
