Located in Lozica close to the centre of Dubrovnik, Villa Vatroslava is a lovely modern villa with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach. An excellent choice for a holiday, the villa is 15 m from the beach and a short walking distance from the nearest café and restaurant. Dubrovnik, one of the most visited destinations known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic,’ is just 9 km away.

Villa Vatroslava (700 sqm) develops over four floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a summer kitchen (with a fireplace, stone bar and a terrace with dining table and chairs), a wine shop, a sauna, gym and two showers. There is also a laundry room (with a washing machine, dryer, laundry room and ironing facilities) on this level.

On the first floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with fireplace, sofas, and TV), a dining area (with table for 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with a breakfast bar).
