Apartment and location are good but did not help when we needed it

Lovely, large apartment, excellent rooms and living room. Large balconies in front and around all rooms. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. A good and quiet neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the beach. Our problem was that the air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. We were in touch with the owner but they gave advice that didn't help. They promised to send a maintenance man and we left keys so that he would come even when we are not there - but no one came and it was impossible to sleep in this room.
