A cosy and colourful apartment of approximately 75 square metres, sleeping up to 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building without an lift.

The property is located in a central area of Palermo, just a short walk from the famous Ballarò Market and a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed (140 cm) and OPEN KITCHEN (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dining table, and various kitchen utensils);

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and desk;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with a walk-in shower (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system A/C with heat pumps (split units in the bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

A cot is available.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.
