Location correcte mais qui nécessite plus d’investissement du propriétaire pour assurer le confort et la satisfaction des clients. Par exemple une location louée pour 6 personnes mériterait au moins 12 couverts complets ainsi que du nécessaire adéquat pour la cuisine. Le mobilier devrait aussi être entretenu, chaise cassée à l’arrivée, tringle à rideau qui tombe etc. Durant le séjour la piscine n’a pas suffisamment été entretenue et elle a tournée, il a fallu que j’appelle au bout de 24h pour que quelqu’un finisse par venir, etc etc. Dommage car la structure est magnifique et l’emplacement idéal pour circuler en Toscane !

Goede uitvalbasis om plekken te bezoeken. Prima zwembad. Ligbedden helaas vaker allemaal bezet. Rekenen bedrag voor schoonmaak dat hoger was dan genoemd in advertentie maar was zeker niet schoon. Eigenaar stond er ook op dat deze, naast de borg, bij aankomst contant betaald werd. Dus je moet flink wat cash meenemen. Zijn wij niet gewend. Daarnaast vaak slechte wifi en geen prullenbak in de keuken. Geen parasol (wel 2 parasolvoeten) dus buiten eten geen optie (balkon te klein hiervoor).
