8 person holiday home in Nykøbing F-By Traum

This holiday home for eight people is located in the village of Tjæreby, about 4 km from Marielyst, one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The house includes an activity room in the conservatory. The house was renovated in 2023 and is spacious and bright. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machines, ice maker, various kitchen appliances, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is large and spacious and includes a TV with international channels and internet access. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor, both with toilet, sink, and shower. There are four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds, and one with two bunk beds and a game console (Nintendo Switch). All bedrooms now have mosquito nets and blackout curtains. For play and relaxation, the conservatory is a great space, featuring a small play tower for younger children as well as table football and electronic darts for older guests. From the conservatory, you can step out onto the terrace, which has garden furniture and a gas grill. There are also several swings (located in the shed). For younger children, there is a sandbox and a playhouse. There is also a large Lego collection and plenty of games (stored in a cabinet in the living room). The house also has three high chairs for small children. The house is heated by district heating. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
