Beautiful Devon Rental
This is a beautiful rental property. The view & setting is wonderful & very private, entered through electric gates. Ample parking & lovely big terrace with outdoor table. The lane to the property is unmetaled & a farm track but it's not very far from the road so did not pose an issue for us. Property itself is lovely, well maintained & everything you could need for a holiday away. All very clean & tidy. I would highly recommend.

One of the best cottages in Devon
We have stayed at a lot of dog friendly properties in Devon and Longpark Linhay has been one of the best. This Linhay has been renovated to a very high standard and is in excellent condition. The views from the property are wonderful, with beautiful vistas of Devon hills and the secure field and yard are excellent to relax in with your dog, safe in the knowledge they can’t escape. Only 10-15 minutes drive from Torbay but still very quiet, peaceful and private as a detached property with no neighbours.

Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful location.
This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. The children loved seeing the pheasants running around in the garden!
I would highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it! Steve & Tina are great hosts.

Gorgeous barn conversation in stunning setting
The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell.
Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. The automated wooden gates provide access to private and ample parking, and the property is surrounded by open fields. Just outside the cottage there is a wooden table positioned to take in the impressive views, creating an idyllic setting to wake up to with rolling hills, sheep and horses in sight.
Inside, the kitchen is equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and basic cleaning items are provided. The living area offers comfortable seating and a warm, cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms include comfortable beds, soft towels and wooden storage drawers, along with a hairdryer.
