The house is clean and quiet. Kids love the decorations. The beds are not that comfortable, though. May need to upgrade the bedding.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that the house was clean and quiet and that the kids enjoyed the decorations that truly means a lot to us. We also appreciate your comment about the beds. This is actually the first time we’ve received this suggestion, but we will definitely take it into consideration as we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ comfort. Cute and Comfortable

This was a a great accommodation for us to be near family in Orlando. We had 3 adults and two teens. The house is brand new and comfortable in a gated community. Plenty of space. Close to Disney and everything else we were toodling around to. Would highly recommend!

Family get together

Newer developement in gated community and safe. The town home is new and very nice with plenty of room for the 3 of us. I liked the big island that we always sat around. The only addition i would make is a TV downstairs. Great place

It was pretty hot in the place but the host was very responsive and was able to turn down the temp remotely. There was a smell in the garage d/t the garbage but if we kept it closed there was no smell. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy and we had a great stay!!

Great property. Gate to into housing area has a code that I needed to enter like 15 times before it worked, each time I needed to enter. The phone number given didn't seem to be the owners, though they did respond when contacted through the app and were very nice.

Thank you for your comment; we will take it into account starting today. Additionally, the thermostat keys are always kept in a designated place in the house. We are always available and attentive, so if our guests ever need them, we are happy to provide information on their location or assist in adjusting the temperature ourselves.
