L'alloggio posto al piano terra si trova nella strada principale del centro storico di Alessano, cittadina tra le più importanti del basso Salento e che vanta una lunghissima storia. Situata in posizione strategica si trova a pochi minuti di vettura sia dal mare roccioso della costa adriatica, sia dalle bianche spiagge del litorale ionico. A due passi dalla casa bar e ristoranti per ogni evenienza. bellissimo anche il cortile interno a disposizione degli ospiti. L'alloggio è anche dotato di un piccolo angolo cottura.
